Welcome to Creatio ex Nihilo's wiki!
Creatio ex Nihilo, casually CEN or Nihilo, is a text-based role-playing game for mature writers. The setting takes place in modern day Miami, Florida, riddled with angels, demons, and other supernatural beings walking among mortals. The fictional world reflects most real life events, but leaves currently living or recently deceased people out of it, allowing presidential and other influential seats of power to be filled with original characters.
While the actual writing and communicating happens on the Discord server, this Wiki is used as a collection of CEN's lore. At first, the amount of information may seem intimidating, but most of the lore can safely be ignored until a scene or a character requires knowledge of a particular piece.
Take your time to familiarize yourself with the world, its residents, and everything else needed to dive into character creation. If you have any questions, check the FAQ, and if your question is still unanswered, join the server and ping the @Staff.
Important note
We expect all our members to be at least 21-years-old when joining the server.
This is due to some of the server's themes, including sexual content, detailed violence, mental illnesses, trauma, self-harm, and theological themes.
